:eek: On the form it asks for Employers name and address and payroll number - does anyone know if they contact them?
In my OR interview they took the name and address and the examiner said they don't contact them normally unless they needed to do an attachment of earnings for an IPA.....but just wondering if they contact them when considering early discharge to confirm salary?

Never heard of them doing so.

I was considered for early discharge and had to complete more forms about employment and wages etc.. My employers were never contacted - and I got early discharge.0
