Thought it might be appropriate to start a thread for cheap booze on the run upto Christmas.

The one I have been waiting all year for is the Spanish Cava Brut

Tesco do a very nice bottle of port - Croft Indulgence Port. Has been over £11 in the past, was then re-priced at £8.99. Was £5.99 on offer recently as it has been a few times throughout the year.
The offer has now ended and the permanent ticket price on the shelf is now £5.99 in my local branch (Lewes).
Haven't bought any at this price yet (still got a cupboard full from when offer was on), so can't confirm what price it scans at, but they would have to honour the shelf price anyway.

i popped in my local asda (Leicester) this afternoon n seen the price error, i picked up a case of 6 !

i've looked on the website it is £16.58 for it.

dont no if ur local asdas done the error so go check!!!

Funny that. the shelf was empty. There is a proverb about finding a good thing and keeping it to yourself. PANTS
