Household credit rating/council tax query (newbie)

Hiya - advice gratefully received
My son has returned home with student and credit card debt - I'm just struggling my way out of it and we wondered whether his contact address should be mine - where he occasionally lives, or his friends' house where he also lives. Would either of us be given a bad (worse)credit rating or lose our single person's allowance on the council tax?
Sticky times!All advice gratefully received
Nellie

  • hi
as far as I am aware you would lose your council tax allowance the only reason I believe this is because my sister moved back with my mum not that long ago and she lost the allowance which my sister now pays so my mum does not lose out. not sure about the rest sorry
Make £5 a day in May total so far £2
