I have got my today, it seem that the play.com only gives out the vouchers to their account holders.

I applied later then that and have got mine, maybe there is a slight delay but reckon you should have it within the next few hours or so.

I noticed that too I'm sure it was 4% last week, maybe I was looking at the wrong one?!
