Does this include Roboform?

nope - they have no idea if you filled it in yourself or with roboform/autofiller, it refers to services which enter comps for you - they use an automated system to send hundreds of entries at a time for different people.

it is quite common to see this in T&C's

There have been some comps recently where the form would not submit unless the details were typed by hand. ie the details entered by roboform were not accepted. Do you know how these sites knew the difference?

On occasions the form requires you to click into each box before it registers that you have filled in each box. (I haven't had this happen recently), You can still roboform then click through each box - if that makes it quicker for you.

I think it is more to do with the form builder than the site itself. When the form is submitted so far as I know there isn't really any way to tell if it was typed/c&p'd/roboformed (there was something a while back about c&p but that relys on the same formatting & form builder being used afaik)
