Hi,
I've just bought one of those southern fried chicken boxes from tesco (i knew i shouldn't) and i'd eaten 1 piece then started chewing on one of the other's when i released it was pink inside
What should i do?
Take it back to tesco and demand satisfaction?

Hi Marv,
Without seeing the chicken it's hard to advise whether or not it's safe to eat. If you aren't happy then it may be worth taking back.
I'll move your thread over to the shop but don't drop board where the regulars there may be able to help with consumers rights.

Sometimes the pink on the inside can actually be the marinade used to flavour the chicken.
If you are concerned then go to Tesco and front them out. is it cooked instore? if so demand to see the temperature log book for the batch of chicken that yours came from.

I've bought oridinary Tesco frozen chicken breasts recently (on offer) they had a pinkish colour to them also. I think it's the process Tesco's chicken producers go through that colours the chicken. They shouldn't be like that.0
