mystery shopping

i've just started doing some mystery shopping work and its great, not hard to do, and can fit in with my lifestyle. Do I really need to pay tax on these earnings, and because it is only ad hoc work, how do I go about it. How much out of £10 assignment earning should I be setting aside.

Dont want to get into trouble later, but dont want to pay it either

your comments are most appreciated.

if you get yourself over to the dedicated mystery shopping thread (on upping your income forum) they explain not only why, but also how to register as self-employed.
One of them is an accountant and will help you if you pm him.

And apparently you need to do it before you start :D good luck.
