Grand Desings Live-free tickets

I was told about this offer for free tickets to Grand Designs Live exhibition at NEC Birmingham in October.
You can get free tickets if you quote the code NECFF in the book tickets section. The offer is only for the Friday 10th October though and only appears to work on the web (not for phone bookings, seemingly).
I love the TV show-can’t wait!

I have unsuccessfully tried to book the tickets via the exhibition site and seetickets site, on line but there only seems to be a box for credit card details no promotion or discount box, do you have a direct link you can post on here? Thanks

The only tickets they have free are ones for kids - site wouldn't let me order any for myself it just wanted my card details.:rolleyes:

We went to the London Excel one about three months ago, with 2 for 1 tickets, we wouldn't have paid £14 each for basically what is the Ideal Home Show by any other name, only smaller.

tried to order some tickets, had an email back saying
Unfortunately we have been unable to obtain payment from
your card issuer for your recent ticket order. This could be due for one of the following reasons.

an invalid card number was entered during your transaction
the expiry date was incorrect
the security number was incorrect
you had insufficient funds in your account

Thanks for this, have booked mine and received an email saying...

'You will be sent another email shortly with details of how to obtain your print at home tickets'

So hopefully this has worked.
