I got greeted with "Oh here she is again - you're a pain in the bum you are" yesterday - she was laughing though and scanned all my coupons/multiple purchases. I know what she means though - it must be well fiddly serving us as opposed to the other 99% of shoppers that just pay with money or credit cards.

The temp card stops working about 2 days before the plastic one arrives...

So keep ALL of you receipts from now on in case some points get missed off as that happened a while back to me and had recycled my receipts and so had missed out on about 800pts.

If it does happen then a Store Mgr or CS can then add by seeing the last reciept or bringing the last receipt number up on the system at CS.

Did say ACM would be better on the 10th, they stopped a few planned ones this time as they would have been a little lucrative for seasoned bootsers with 2 current offers etc...spoil spoilts :rolleyes: Says there is a no7 acm (thinks was new p&p range(hand cream etc), but again discussed AGES ago etc) one planned, but may get cancelled due to 3 for 2 offer that starts then also :mad:

Sounds like the SA was a drama queen - don't give it a second thought. My SA told me about the Time Delay coupon when I was buying some TD stuff and suggested I use it (I said "Oh - it's okay, I've got one here" and she laughed ).
