suncream still full price PAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the cheapest way to get 500 points is... buy 2 K nail files... make it up to £5 with something nice to drink and or eat and get 2 vouchers to BOOT!!!!!!!!!! tadaaaaaaaaaaaa lol

SA told us today re the points "bonanza" and I just smiled... I mean why would we spend £30 to get 500 points?!?!! when we could spend £32 and get 4000 points back?? no brainer?!?

Had a quick trip out earlier, nothing really exciting to report but did find Boots Naturals hair brushes reduced (on shelf with reduced SEL rather than clearance) got a styling brush for £1.50 reduced from £6 (I think).

Also spotted various gift sets had been put out, including some gorgeous No7 ones, couldn't look closely as I was trying to be quick, but I did have a quick look at one small palette with eyeshadows and lip gloss that was £10 in brown and cream packaging...wonder if these would work with pinkies? I will try to have a closer look this weekend I think :D

Yes the TS glitch is still working but watch out as some stores have reduced the price of the ickle pink bottle to £2.50 to scupper it!! Check SEL first.

The Olay handcream has been removed from the stores I go to since the offer started - not even a space for it now and I have the 600pts and free wipes coupon

Thanks, fingers crossed that they have the TS in store tomorrow.

Right in preparation for there being no MSE tomorrow I have a list of questions etc....

    1. Welcome all newbies, hope you are ready for the addiction that is Boots.

    2. MrsBB, your make up is stunning - I have blue eyes but no where near as gorgeous as yours.

    3. Mitchum vouchers worked fine for me today, also got some TD below £5.

    4. No7 suncare not 1/2 price in The Fort in Birmingham, no mags and no TS serum.

    5. Can I return a TS glosser - have receipt but wonder how it will work ?

    6. The boots I went to today had changed the toothbrushes that are 1/2 price, the cheapest today was £19.99?

    7. Do you think a 13 year old would be pleased with a TS goody basket for Xmas?

That's it for now I think! Just one thought - this is a great forum (the friendliest i've come across) and people are more than happy to help others out. Sadly there will always be people who take things a step too far. Keep up the good work peeps!

Sorry, ljs, but what do you mean is costing £2.50?

The Model Me shampoos and conditioners are now priced £2.50. If you have the vouchers for 250 points from the mag insert then they work out free. You have to have the points added manually though as they don't scan. I have had £25 worth of points added over the last couple of days

    Thanks Ikkle,

    What I mean is, say we bought TS (2 for £7), Mitchum £1.79 x 2, 2 x Tan Maintainers £20 & GWP, the till would see £30.58.

Would we get the bonus 500 points BEFORE we hand over our Mitchum,TS and No 7 £5 coupons?

Similar to the till seeing £20 spend on the BOGOF No 7 suncare to get the GWP,

    Hope this makes sense :rotfl:

This was my theory for tomorrow,is it worth a try do you think?

End of with total CASH lay out of £5.58

Are they back to £2.50 instead of 2 for £5?
