added some sweets to make total up.....

Total should have been around £23
I paid £5.14 and got pinkie and till spit

    Went round again

FCUK pure moisture mist on clearance £1 (all on clearance shelf, love this stuff so grabbed the last 3):j
TD face wipes (used till spit and 200 points)

I paid £5.66 and got pinkie and till spit

    Next store
HB mag and tore out TD voucher
    TD face wipes (as above)
Boy stuff for a friend (I only offered to get more vouchers!!!)
So got another voucher and till spit

then gave friend my card and another HB mag to get with their purchases so more pinkie and till spit!!!!!!!!:A

I also wombled successfully earlier in the day when grabbing a basket and got pinkie and till spit with no receipt so thank you to whoever left them out there!!!:A

I now need to concentrate on what to get with pinkie for free as already have no7 and RM makeup brushes, got some instant radiance too.

I think someone's posted getting some moisturing gloves with no7. Can anyone confirm this? Or whatelse have people got free with the pinkie?

just looking thru stuff on net and found this... about internet friends!
so I posted this poem ....."to let all my friends know just how I feel about them because we all go through life and never take the time to think what life would be without them. So I did. I hope you do too and let them know how you feel about then too because its them that make life what it is today".

I need to learn how to speed read to keep up with this thread lol!!

Got another 10 pages to go yet, but thought I would do a quick post.

Mrs BB - OMG! Your eye make up is amazing. I am inspired to be a bit more adventurous. Even bought a new eyeliner - thanks OP for recommendation(the new Maybelline felt like one - looks really easy to use). Can anyone point me in the right direction re: broclos link about applying it ........seem to think this was mentioned somewhere but can't find it now.

AM - horrified about your nightmare SA s and shops. Definantely think you need another 3 or 8 or 12 shops to restore your faith :rotfl: .

To all my fellow Wirral bootsers just to let you know was in Bromborough at teatime (essential nappy shopping so HAD to go!). No mags, no MF GWP's, no LH serum. Did have the £5.99 conditioning stuff though so did TS glitch for £1.01 so still a bargain! Very happy to see No7 on BOGOF and half price :D . Quite a lot of S&G one night tanned for £1.xx ish. Also - saw a CRATE of 17 vintage GWP behind the perfume counter with a handwritten note on it saying should this be put in clearance or go out on display (believe it has been scanning for free, but not sure if this would work if on clearance?). Had 2 absolutely lovely SA s today - esp the NO 7 SA.

Right.......of to try and catch up the last 10 pages, which is now probably 20!!!
:j Didn't realise there was another Bromborough Bootser! Thanks for the tip off on the the No7 suncare, I need a no7 GWP hoping this will work with the suncare :D

This is a little off topic but you can register with Dior and print off a voucher for their new Iconic Mascara, at the bottom of the page on the right hand side it says click to receive complimentary sample :D

This is the person who for months told you all it is only a bargain if it is something you needed anyway :o

Does anyone else actually tell themselves that on repeat in their heads as they walk round Boots? I found myself doing it today, have to every time I go to pick up a reduced item that I know I will never ever use  Most of the time it works but I do have the odd thing lying around that I got just to look at :o

I don't know if anyone has had to return any Mitchums yet, but there is a Glitch on that too.

I returned 2 of the stick ones the other day, as I decided to exchange them for sprays as no-one in the family would use them.

Although I paid 75p for them after using the Mitchum voucher the refund was for the full price of £2.28. I didn't even realise until I came out and checked the receipt, as the SA put the refund through with the transaction I was doing at the time.

So the till sees the refund price of £2.28 And not £1.28 SEL price. Neither does it recognise the MOC. I took mine back as a genuine exchange, but I think if thousands of Mitchums went back for a refund, this would quickly come to light ;)

  • Welshmule ~ thanks for the heads up on the Ruby and Millie Xmas stuff, mnaged to get 2 x compact mirror with little red patent cases for £1 each using pinkies.

Any one else seen these at any other stores except Wrexham? Have looked on .com to find a pic but not on there.
