 :T
This makes my £3.50 spend look like a massive overspend :rotfl:
The SA that served me was as surprised as I was pollsdolls, so I can only imagine how she'd have looked after seeing your spend
Off to bed in a sec and I imagine there'll be a new thread soon, so night polly and all and hopefully see you all in the next threadxx
I think maybe this is another of those LIMBO glitches 'How low can you go??'Maybe now Boots will re-think their total spend ACM voucher from £25 or £30 to something in the region of £1 (I wish)

They do scare me but the woman on the clinique counter was absolutely lovely. Lancome was nice but kept pointing me towards more expensive items lol. Do you still have a 750 points coupon? You could get 2 juicy tubes from Lancome and use them yourself or as a gift - but cant use the 750 points. Or you could get EA and get 2 eyecreams and use the 750 points.
Hiya ikkle,
Yes I still have the 750 points you sent me ( ) burning a hole in my pocket. So Im sort of drawn to Clinique as Ive used them before. Hmm, or EA...decisions, decisions. LOL
YMC,
:A So kind of you to offer me a Clinique points voucher hun but I have already been sent one a few weeks back by ikkle.
Also why didnt I think of asking for samples at the counters? Are they likely though to give me samples if I say I'm thinking of changing my skincare/cosmetics line?
pollsdolls,
Now you have seriously set the cat amongst the pigeons! That set really does look impressive. Will have to have a good luck at what all these GWPs include now and make sure I get a good 'un!
Will check back in tomorrow as I need some beauty sleep now (daughter is having sleepover so will prob not get much!).0 -

Not sure if I'll bother with the Model Me ones though....... that's all quite expensive I think.
in store toni & guy is 1/3 off cheapest around 3.33, model me is also reduced cheapest 2.50 so free with points voucher:love: married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090 -
Ok...trying to word this in english as he has just phased me
SEL reductions are variable, depending on how the item sells in that store for the original price.
So that means your store can sell the remainder of its stock for £20 as it has been doing so succesfully, before the 'replacement' item needs to be displayed.
In stores where people have not been buying the case it is reduced to £5 as it has not been selling and they will not sell off the stock before the 'replacement' hits the sales plan.
This works out simpler than them transfering stock to stores that will succesfully sell the item before the 'replacement' needs shelf space.
Hope that makes sense.
Been told to get off laptop or he is going lol
Laters :rotfl:
hiya broclo - understand this, but can you ask him why the same product which is reduced is at different prices in stores? eg - boots shaving foam reduced in one store to 30p - 60p (retail park) and in same town 1.19 (in the shopping centre). is it because certain types of stores are grouped and come under an area manager, such as large stores or out of town stores and small stores? married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090 -

Just had a lovely bath, and used one of those sanctuary warming charcoal mask, wow! They are fantastic, gets so hot and my skin feels gorge now
Am actually sat typing in my No7 moisture gloves (I have two pairs of course, one to use, one to look at) they're really nice too, but does anyone know if boots do something similar for feet?
:rotfl: lol i've just told hubby to be and he said "that's what you could be doing" - i bought some from tesco before i started bootsing again and they are in the cupboard.
re the foot socks - if boots don't tesco do for about 3 quid - yes i bought some of those too. waiting for hubby.t.b. comments when i get into bed wearing the full set - sexy not:rotfl::love: married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090
