Congratulations Mrsbluebear on your medal star. A serious money saving fan now. You will have to put on your serious face now.
I have just told my dd about the fact that she could have her own advantage card and she is all for racing into town to get one - except the shops are shut. will have to get her one in the morning. I am so tempted to go back and get another TB bag for £5. I sorted all my make up and moisturisers and hair stuff tonight. DD is doing the same as I type. I have to admit to ditching a lot of very old stuff. Some is perhaps 10 years (at least old). But I have loads of new shiny stuff to put in its place so my shelf looks really good now.

I don't know if anyone has answered this, but I *think* the green tea body wash is the cheapest EA skincare at 10 quid. And it seems like there are some non-skincare items for about that, too. I have been waiting to get specific items so wasn't thinking of the cheapest spend, lol.

Thanks I'll have to have a nosey and see what looks good.

"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

I spent 2 lots of just over £5 (see ladies I;m learning :)!) and was only given the Till Spit Voucher - am I within my rights to call/email CS as I didn't get the 2 No7 pinkys which I should've got?

  • Have just 'bought' a no.7 voucher off e*ay in the form of a till spit and not a pinky so does mean that I can use this and a pinky against another autumn pallette (so one to use and one to keep :p )?

Pleased for you Mrs BlueBear, though not read much back on posts! Its your money, and you will be working very hard for it soon, so you are entitled to it back correctly!

Saying that I nearly got overcharged in Sainsbury's yesterday, SA noticed and voided the incorrect amount while I was still at checkout, but I don't check my receipts, now thinking I better had before I leave store! Also they gave me the Bucket List DVD case with Spitteri CD inside it! I never checked, sent to FIL for Birthday present at beginning August and he only told me last WEEK! that it was wrong!

this will teach me to check things properly.

Talking about checking, when I was in Boots in Harrow on Saturday, noticed all SA's are checking vouchers against each product purchased now, so they ask for my vouchers first and then match against items being scanned before putting through. Has anyone else had this? SA wouldn't let me use pinkie against R&M I liner brushes, there was a queue behind me so didn't bother asking her to try it. Left the brushes, and she looked very put out that I didn't want them, if I couldn't use pinky. But that is why I was getting them!

How strange, was there earlier in the week and had no problems using lots of coupons.

I asked about a pinkie when I didn't get one, but my out of town boots had run out. Apparently it is "while stocks last" and as it gets towards the end of the promotion so they will start to disappear in more and more Boots.
