Oh also if you are taking advantage of the offers for points on .com - check your basket v carefully as I have added 2 JK products and 2 Elizabeth Arden products and neither of the promotional points have been added it just says 'Offer Missed'

Not tried it this time, but based on previous promotions, you can get a till spit for nothing if you exchange items for goods worth over £5.

I think the till is thinking you've had a refund and have now "spent" another £5.

Some crabby SAs will scrunch the till spit up in front of you mind!
