I was actually DISGUSTED today...One SA said she was going to loose it shortly as she had asked half hr before if she could go grab a glass of water and was told to wait a bit as they were busy...DS did 3 cartons of juice in half hr, sorry to RANT and go off on a 'la la'...but what the hell is wrong with their management? All the customers were POURING...poor SA

Reminds me of when I was a midwife, in winter the wards and delivery rooms were freezing cold but we weren't allowed to wear fleeces/cardigans due to infection control issues (even though we took our uniforms home ourselves to wash and could easily have done the same with a cardie) and in summer the sweat would literally be pouring off you. And if it was busy (when wasn't it) you could often struggle to get so much as a glass of water on your 12 hour shift, never mind your half hour break. It's a joke working in conditions like that. If animals were kept like that, people would be up in arms

Have all the 1/2 price offers on Oral B toothbrushes changed in your stores? The ones in mine were a lot more expensive.

My mum used to give me a hair hamper every xmas when I was about that age. I always really liked them.

    Hi Stmidwife,

Imo a TS hamper would go down very well with a 13 yr old girl! The TS range would probably be a very special treat for her- something a bit more grown up and posh :D (& v expensive looking :D)

Thanks for that Hotpot, she's a hard one to buy for so I thought with all the cheap stuff i've got I could do something nice for her.

Yeah, definately, my teenage twins (14) have both made up quiet a few little bags for friends for gifts for christmas with blonde shampoo, conditioner and glossers in them and have put a few pretty hair clips in too, they are waiting on the shops to bring out the chrimbo decorations to get some of that rafita (not sure of proper name) but stringy pearlescence stuff to put in the bottom of the gift bags.
