Remortgage with Legal Fees Included Help

I am in the process of my first remortgage and have chosen one which includes legal fees from a well know high street bank. I have received the Mortgage Dead document from a third party legal company of which it advises me to seek advice from my solicitor or legal advisor before I sign. My question is should I seek advice from my solicitor?
Any advice is appreciated

if you are unsure as to what you are doing or what the mortgage deed is then yes, seek legal advice. If you have used a mortgage broker then they may be able to give you some general advice about mortgage deeds, if you haven't then perhaps that one reason people should.
The solicitor that has sent you the deed is acting for the bank so can't advise you on it and as this is a mortgage you would always be told that you should seek legal advice of your own though rarely does any body do so.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0 -
Thanks happybroker, I haven't used a broker this time, however you have confirmed my initial thoughts. I guess as this is my first time I am just a little cautious.0
