urgent help needed

hi everyone,
i need some help with a problem which has hit me today, i have been trying hard to clean up my file, i had succeded till today. on checking experien today 2 defaults have been added on 17/8/08, the only info it gives is credit management services as the company.
i can only presume this is kays and marshall ward catalogue ( cant be 100% sure though) the reason being that i am currently paying these on a payment arrangemant monthly and they are paid up to date each month both are with collection agencys moorcroft and nationwide debt recovery but i have not recieved a default notice ever for either, i contacted both companys when the letters arrived some months ago straight away and made the arrangements havnt missed one payment.
these are the only ones i can think it can be as i dont owe anyone else all my other credit accounts i hold are fine, but cant understand how these would be added now its been four months since the arrangemant was agreed.
how can i find out who the actual companys are as i say it just says credit managemant services for both entrys but if it is the two mentioned above they are both with different companys.
i am gutted as i have just been rejoicing at getting two removed which were wrongly added three years ago and i am begining to loose the will to fight anymore. any help would be so much apprecieated. x

i cant help louise but just giving a bump, sometimes it helps to know people are there, im sure someone will be along soon.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

This will serve as a bump too but do you not just contact experian for details of the companies involved and contact them directly?
If not then I am sure someone will come along soon with the info you need.

i have contacted experien and they say they have no more info than i myself can see, they advised google the company name which i have but it comes up with loads of different ones, all debt collection agencys,
i have rung both moorcroft and ndr as experien did give the accosiated account numbers and it is the two i thought but neither of the companys above said they had anything to do with anyone else and confirmed that my accounts were up to date.
so i am totally baffled as to how this can be, the account numbers are correct for accounts on the default entrys but neither are with the company who has placed the defaults on file.
ah well i am just giving up, im paying them on time to the companys i have to pay i cant be bothered anymore to put things right i will wait 6 yrs then i should have perfect fileself confessed 80's throwback:D
