CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You can take part in the “Show-me-your-sloggi” contest either as a voter or as a participant. As a voter you can judge a participant’s photo plus you can take part in the actual contest by entering a photo of yourself

There is no fee for taking part in the contest. Both female and male voters and participants may enter.

The following rules, apply to both voters and participants.

Only individuals aged 18 or above can participate. The organiser of the competition is entitled to request authorised proof of age from participants.

You are obliged to submit truthful data when you register. Your password is kept a secret. You must inform the organiser if you lose your password or if you think it is known by a third party.

You are not permitted to make public any email addresses, messenger numbers, URLs, addresses, telephone numbers or any other contact details within the context of the competition.

You are only allowed to take part in the contest within your country of residence. You may only take part once; multiple entries are not allowed. You can withdraw your entry at any time by deleting your profile or by a written request.

2. You may only submit photos of yourself to ensure that there is no injury to the rights of a third party.
3. Photos that contain any advertising, pornographic, racist or other illegal content must not be submited
4. Photos must not be altered with a picture editing program.
5. Your bottom must be clearly recognisable on your photo submitted for voting.
6. When uploading your photo it must conform to one of the designated categories.

You are responsible for the pictures you enter and for the content they contain.

The organiser is not responsible for checking whether or not the submitted photos contain any illegal content.

The organiser is entitled to verify the authenticity of any photo submitted, to ensure that it complies with the above mentioned conditions, and where applicable, to reject it. The organiser will invite those who reach the final elimination into the company offices of the country concerned, to establish whether the photos and the personal details conform to the rules of the competition.

The organiser will disqualify any participant who contravenes any of the competition rules.

The final national winners are determined by a jury selected by the organiser from the Top participants of the respective country, and who have conformed to the rules of the competition.

According to § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act, the data you submit in conformity with your entry into the competition is electronically processed and stored.

Your personal data is handled confidentially and is not passed on to any third parties.
By registering, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data. You may withdraw this permission at any time.

The contest is being managed by Inter-Triumph Marketing GmbH. The Inter-Triumph Marketing GmbH is entitled to change the rules of the contest or to terminate it prematurely.
