Over the weekend I have done the following

sent off Notices to all 3 credit agencies saying i am putting them all on notice regarding the defaults and there incorrectly on my record.

Also sent off letter for one of three loans regarding getting PPI back

So hopefully hear back in couple of weeks whats going to happen.
  • Got some good news

I sent a letter to all CRA's regarding defaults on my account and progress has been made with experian. Got a email from them today saying they have contacted Lowell and there deleting the Default they put on my account.

But clydesdale bank are not removing theres but that shouldnt be that hard to remove as it was put on due to being overdrawn cause of bank charges which they have repayed in full

Just to show defaults can be removed :D
  • Did you guys get served a default notice? because i never got given one and im disputing it but not much has been done and they put it on my credit file August 2007 (backdated to february)
