Hope that they can get to the bottom of things soon.
Stress can do funny things to our body's as we all know.
Im stressed at the mo & im so tired all the time I am really struggling to function.
Im sure that for me the two are related.
So it might be that you have too much on the go at the mo.

It's a tough one SW. The only way to resolve this is for me to finish the programming. There is no-one else at work that can do it, but they will also want me to do my other work as well as this. I think my only option is to take a few days off and try to get some of it done. There will be less distractions at home too so will hopefully be able to work quicker.

I know i should probably be resting, but i think working a few days holiday will be more beneficial if it means getting this out of the way.

There's not really much anyone can do to assist. It needs to get done as the clients are expecting the data (although i don't know when), and i will sleep alot easier once it's out of the way.

  • Maybe it is the best thing to do as then this task will be over.

I dont want to add to your stress but it means they will expect it and why are you giving up valuable holiday leave? Cant you pull a sicky (spelling)- i know it isn't ethical but they aren't either. I want to shout at someone. Porge they are taking advantage.

(ps this is what happened to me i worked through all of my hols, no social life nothing. I can't imagine how different my life would be if i hadn't. but i dont want you making the same mistakes i did. I want you to be ok and happy).

Mind you you will probably get promotion but do you want so much pressure?

What can we do to help#?

Shall i stop emailing? be honest.

  • I am scared you are working yourself into the ground. Have you had any energy to do any exercise stuff? that helps, it releases endorphins.

I get mine going to the chocolate biscuit tin. Silly me. I will be good i just promised andy's mum we would both give up naughty biscuits as they cause me to get ill.

What do your parents say? they must be sooo worried.

Can't pull a sicky - i've been ill enough since Christmas and before. Wish i'd done some coding during that time, but i wasn't up to reading through the legislation. Done it now so have a plan of attack, it's just converting that into usable code that will take time.

Don't worry about me. I'll be fine.
If they can get someone else to do it they would have by now and everything that clients and they've asked for so far i've delivered. It's just one of those things that i'll need to deal with. I'm a little more confident about getting this finished than a couple of months ago.
