Hiya Bob, good to see you around.
What are you doing up at this time? Shouldn't you be snuggling with Mr Bob?
(aka making him a cuppa?
)
I spit my tea out at that suggestion:p:rotfl::rotfl:

Not sure what i've done to my back - it may have been when i fell asleep on the train or something. It's musculature instead of my spine this time thank goodness. He said it may be something to do with the ligament, but i just know where it hurts and how much.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

It was more of a reflex reaction to an impertinent question:eek:
These young men suggest all sorts of improprieties as if one has relations with one's other half :eek::eek::eek::rotfl::rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Have you considered swimming and then sauna afterwards? I used to do that about 4 years ago when my back was bad- ps am a crap swimmer. It was nice all the people in the sauna looked after me and they were gay so you felt safe. It is really good for your back.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
