Cheapest New Laptop As A Gift

I want to buy a new laptop to give as a gift. Can someone please advise me from where can i get the cheapest. I am not really bathered about specs, but it has be brand new as I cannot take risk of refurbs. I am definitely looking below £400 mark

Saw one advertised in Woolworths today billed at half price, not sure of the exact selling price but it was £400 something. Might be worth checking out if it is priced at the lower end.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
