Walmart/Asda Warranty?

I have heard that Asda UK will honour the warranty of products bought from Walmart USA

Is this 100% true, has anyone ever tested it?

you could try ringing asda head office in leeds they should be able to let you know.

I have exchangned a PS3 blueray remote control that stoped working, i purchased it in a Florida wallmart and exchanged it in the Watford Asda, with no problems,

Problem is Asda do not sell the item that I will be buying in Walmart, so where does that leave me

so far as i know they refund you the price you paid, using th3 exchange rate at the time,
