silly question should i just treat this as gammon?
was thinking of soaking it overnight then cooking in the slow cooker whilst im out tomorrow, was then planning to make 1st ever ham and pee soup (i got a huge bag of dried peas for 10p the other day)
any other ideas for it? i have searched index but it seems a hock should have a bone in it (or am i just mad) the label deffo says boneless
