Safeway refused a net voucher too

Spotty late night oik refused one of the internet coupons tonight saying you had to buy the product.
Me: When did that change?
Him: It's always been that way.
Me: No it has not! Nevermind, I'll speak with Mr xyz on Monday then.

xyz store manager clearly displayed on the wall on the way in and easily noted. But I think CS may be more help.

Safeway did accept coupons if you didn't buy the product.
They are now part of Morrisons - and Morrisons have never had that policy.
The Morrison's policy now prevails!0
