bank charges

any advice please
i changed banks from rbs to first direct
most of my direct debits went over to first direct as i asked first direct to tranfer them, but two never,royal bank of scotland charged me £76 and £38 pound,now this shows on my credit report as £104 as outstanding,i got threatening letters from the royal bank of scotland,i paid it eventually, who is at fault,me rbs or first direct,can i get this taken off my credit report,thankyou

    I would think it is First Direct as they should have transferred them. I would write and complain to them enclosing copy of charges letter. I would also call or write to RBS to explain and ask they mark as settled on file now paid or better still remove completely
