mine arrived today, and its great. recommended

its great becasue its all about living healthy of canned food, which is great if you live of a budget, esp when u can pick up a tin of beans for 19p and ham for 79, and boiled potatoes for 29p, thats a meal for 2 at a very low price. LOVE IT.

gotta try the raspberry rice crumble which is only about (depending on make etc) 168 calories, 5.1g of fat, 5.9g of protein and 38.2 carbs.
