Either their press release it wrong, or they haven't actually reduced many of the deals they claim they have, and are in fact raising some.

For example, the 5 year fix with £599 fee, in that press release they claim the existing rate for 75%LTV is 6.19% dropping to 6.08%, but in fact that mortgage is currently offered at 5.98% for 75%LTV on their website, so if the press release is correct, you'll only get 5.98% now if you have 60%LTV from tomorrow, for those between 60-75%LTV, they'll now be more expensive.

Existing customer rats have fallen today just signed up for 5yr fixed at 5.78% they did offer a 5.68% but fee is £1499. 3yr fixed is also 5.78% no fee.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

Their site was wrong earlier today.

The rates were different if you opened the site up in Firefox, compared to IE.

Looks like they have corrected this error now.
