I have never had a lender prepared to take the income received from a lodger as "income"..madness! I bet they'd consider it if I fell into arrears!0

As the very first reply to a serious question, it wasn't particularly funny. Nor, I imagine, did the OP find it very useful (judging from their reply to it.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Paul chill out sit down have a beer everything is going to be ok0

Sarkin,
Alright I see your point on making fun or light of the situation but please bear in mind this particular forum is for discussing mortgages and is what 90% of people queries on the board will be there biggest finiancial outlay by a mile for their entire lives.
This can often be stressful for people and a resource is to use this board to find help and opinions from other members.
I on this occasion have no problem with any irrelevant comments from yourself or others. However do please bear in mind that your trail of thought at the time of posting might be humourous, that actually may not come out when others read it as we all will accept this is not a board for humour.
I have written emails, posts and the like before which in hindsight look stupid and pathetic as I wasnt 100% sensitive to the way others were viewing them.
Anyways no harm done, but there are many forums to post to if humour is your gig....
Thanks to all for your comments..0 -
