Allliance and Leicester Rate changes

Just to let those of few who have been posting re. coming to the end of A&L deals know, some of their rates have changes as of today.

Personally I was going for the BoE +0.98% tracker with a £999 fee, but I have put in a request for their new product of BoE+0.89% with a 1% fee (this is £763 for me). This product reverts to a higher SVR (BoE + 1.99% instead of BoE+1.49%), but I will be changing products on my 3 part mortgage then anyway so doesn't really matter.

There is also no fee for requesting a revised offer, despite me having completed a Customer Declaration and DD mandate.
