new tax codes in September- what does it mean?

Hi
I wondered if anyone knew how the new tax codes will be applied in September when the personal allowance officially rises. I have two jobs - will they calculate to maintain the proportion between the two, or will the whole thing go into confusion?.
They had enough trouble last time dividing my allowances into 4000 on one job and 143 on the other.
Anyone know?

The code number with the L on the end will be increased to reflect the new allowances. The one with the T on the end will stay the same. If you think your allowances will need re-allocating, contact your tax office now to get them to sort it out.
