    Morn

Yes post it up and we can have a look for you. Most posters go for a fairly brief explanation of what led to their bc. For example a failed business, illness, loss of job or seperation. I did a brief one on my SOA then did a more in depth 2 pager:eek: for the OR givng dates ect. That seems to help with the interview. D

this was another question of mine do you do a separate IandE for the OR as the one in the forms doesnt have half the stuff on? Also do i do another SOA for the OR i got most of the forms done now just waiting for a few more red letters as most of the past ones are in the bin

There is a box on you SOA that asks for other essential outgoings. You have to squeeze them in here. You do get another i&e sheet to fill in for the OR, he/she sends it with a couple of things for you to sign and a request for what paperwok they require.

No you don't do another SOA for the OR. When you take 3 copies to the court they give one back to you(you wll need it for the inerview)end one to the OR and keep one themselves, after they have been officially stamped that is.D

    Here it is
Also on this page have you lost any money to gambling in the last two years is five hundred ok or too much?

I purchased a house with existing debts of my own with a previous partner, the house needed a lot of work doing but as the prices were rising quickly we needed to get on the market. We put a lot of money renovating the house. Borrowed a lot of money off my parents to do the work and get the house ready to live in. The relationship fell apart, she wanted half of the money we had made on the property and the car we had as settlement I agreed and remortgaged the house to free up the money. I then decided to complete the remaining work what was needed to do the house, I also needed to pay my parents back along with the credit cards repayments and get a car for commuting. I then got a loan for £7500 to help me do this as I got a lodger so thought that I could afford the repayments. After a couple of months I realised I could not really afford the repayments as my lodger decided to move on. I got a secured loan to try and pay everything off. Although the only rate I could get was 30%, I made the decision to borrow £10000 to consolidate. It was not enough but they said I could have more after a few months of payments which then made it £15000. I was still trying to make payments to my creditors but was struggling to pay all of the bills and mortgages etc so I started to use credit cards again to pay for essentials. I was overdrawn at the bank and was scared of losing my house and being on the streets all the while still relying on using credit cards to make minimum payments. The property market fell my house slipped into negative equity and I could get a secured loan to try and pay everything off. I then defaulted on some loans which made getting credit even harder. I took some advice from a work friend and he told me about All Clear who would take off all debt worries and you pay them and they pay your unsecured creditors. Being desperate and naive I thought that was the solution. I setup a debt management plan with them where they took a £16 admin fee and another £100 for the unsecured creditors. I carried on trying to make the best of my situation then Northern rock increased my loan and mortgage rate so I was struggling again but as the loan was unsecured I passed it too all clear. I met my current partner and things looked up after a while of trying to make out I was not so badly in debt I explained and she explained her financial situation was as poor as mine. The relationship got more serious and after a few months she moved in and started to help out with money. My partner became pregnant. This was a shock neither of us were expecting and she continued to work for as long as possible. Inevitably she had to stop working so her wages reduced significantly. We felt the house we were living in was not the best place to bring up a child and was not big enough. I spoke to my parents and asked if they could help. We decided we needed to move so we sold our house at this point. I found a new job paying more money and it was easy to get a new mortgage with sub prime lending. So we bought our current house. However the old house had a £15,000 secured loan on it and with the fees to pay we did not have any funds for necessary work on the new house so we got a secured loan on this property. The plan was to pay all debt off and get a new car for the family as my partner had a small two seater. We borrowed £16, 000 and then my partner¿s car was stolen and the gap insurance would not pay out. We replaced the car with an appropriate family model. I was still paying my all clear dmp and she was supposed to be paying her debts but struggled as she was on maternity pay and we struggled for best part of a year, missed a few mortgage and loan payments trying to pay for the family on one wage and working all the overtime I could the housing market fell again and the house was well in negative equity my unsecured Northern rock loan was secured on my house by means of a charging order. I then sought advice and this was the only option.

Not sure what anybody else thinks but i would send that one to the OR but try to condense it down a bit for the SOA.d
