It looks like its part of a study (ie to see how much electricity people are using)James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere

and perhaps get back to you with ways of saving the planet by reducing your consumption and off-setting your consumption by planting trees
benefits claimed might also prompt them to advise on energy conservation opportunities - by via of grants etc - which are available to such claimants0
