i see this sim card as a spying sim card that is the catch to me anyways.......
the only way to get one is to have it delivered, the details they want from you..
this is a government sim card, to keep a close eye on you people, i got like 4 lol but thats not the point, only use these for basic things
anything else use pay as you go,,,,
