How much do you owe them and do you want to keep the contract?

Just tell your OR that you've forgotten one creditor when you have your interview. I'd forgotten one and they just added it to the listBSC Member 59 - AD 29th March 2008

If 3 contact you, then just tell them that the debt is covered by your bankruptcy and that they should only contact the OR about it now.
Tell your OR ASAP so that there isn't any confusion.
This is what the OR should (in theory) do with any ongoing contract that you are not intending to keep:Where the bankrupt is still in receipt of ongoing services under contract at the date of bankruptcy, the official receiver/trustee should give notice to the mobile phone service provider that he/she does not wish to adopt the contract previously held by the bankrupt. Where a penalty is incurred arising from early termination of the contract this should be included as a debt in the bankruptcy proceedings.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
