Really sorry about posting this but the only reheating advice i can find refers to leftovers etc.
I roasted a chicken last night - cooled it and put it in the fridege overnight.
Can i reheat the full roast chicken in the oven or will it be unsafe ??
Thanks for your help

I remember trying to find an answer to this last year, for a turkey.....madness I know! lol
I think the safest thing to do is to slice it and either reheat in the microwave, or cover with a little gravy/stock/water and reheat in the oven.Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative!0 -
Hi subesue,
You can reheat it in the oven but it would need to be piping hot right through and that could make it quite dry. I would be more inclined to slice it and put the slices into an oven proof dish then pour over some gravy and cover the dish in tinfoil to keep it moist. As long as it's properly heated through it should be safe to eat.
We have an older thread on Reheating Chicken so I'll add your post to that one later to keep the suggestions together.
