Best place to buy football boots?

I need to buy some football boots for my daughters PE kit, where is the best (cheapest) place to get them from?
She needs either size 6 1/2 or 7 (adult sizes).
Also any idea if I should get soft ground or hard ground boots? The school hasn't specified which ones to buy and I can't afford 2 pairs
