does it sound silly when i say i am not really sure!i had some money i was owed which was about £700 so that cleared the last debt. i also changed my car so paid about £500 then too!But generally just trying really hard. I paid for our holiday but working a second job and selling general c**p i had in the house on ebay!

I also read a little snippet about achieving things, which said instead of saying i will change my job soon, or pay my cc soon or i will move abroad you have to be positive and visualise it, so you say i will change my job in october, pay my card by september, move abroad in 2012, that type of thing! i know its sounds mad but it seems to have worked! i set myself the big goal of paying off all my debt by 2012 (when i am 30) but i set little goals such as i will pay off an extra £50 by sept, or pay that card by dec 08. think its all about focusing yourself!!

sorry i will stop babbling now, as i think i sound a bit mad! :o

Excellent - I'm going to try and clear at least one of mine by this time next year. It's around the £4000 mark.

    Keep it up.
