Solicitor wants statement of expenditure, I am really worried please help

Hi, I have to provide a statement of expdeniture to a solictors firm acting on behalf of my husbands previous company (he was paid wages after leaving this company, spent the money but was paying back £10 a month, but forgot to pay this last month and now the solictors acting on behalf of royal mail want £1600 back in 7 days)

We went to the citizens advice bureau who asked the solicitors if we can pay £30 a month to which the solictor said they would have to check with royal mail but they will send us a statement of expenditure to fill in and send back. This is basically to see if we can pay more than £30. I have shown, below, what I have so far which basically shows that we can pay more than £30 but I would rather pay more to my credit cards who charge interest. Any ideas on how I can make them show that I cannot afford more than £30?? Please help.
