I dont agree. Would people who dont require a gluten free diet not be allowed to buy them in a supermarket?

yes owtfornowt & jacktyler are right, and anyway some of us do not require a gluten free diet, but may be trying one, perhaps even as part of an allergy test

I think all angellotz is trying to say is that why would people who didnt require gluten free foods even apply for this freebie, I know I am a bit of a freebie hunter and have been known to apply for stuff that I dont really want or need, I have a drawer full of useless stuff that I have applied for free, it would be a shame if I applied for these and someone who is genuinely needed Gluten Free products couldnt get them because of me being so obsessed with getting every freebie out there. :o

People might apply for it because they might get them, like the taste, then buy more from a supermarket.

they're a retailer, not a charity. if i was considering buying them in a store, i'd have every right to try a sample first if they're offering them.
