Hi all-we are just back from the Court-all done!
The court staff were very, very pleasant and helpful. When we finally got to see the Judge, he looked a bit like a grandad. He was stern, but by no means unpleasant-so at 11.40 he declared A bankrupt, and me at 11.45. We even went in together-which made me feel a lot better as A was so much braver than me.
Both having a small bottle of BUD!
Thanks to you all for your help and good wishes-we can assure you that it's made a lot of difference to this path we've had to go down.
