Apparently, they have already planned most of the wedding! saves me doing it! however; my question is as my income has not changed; neither have my outgoings do i need to notify the OR; also my outgoings will not change after marriage do i need to notify the OR? any advice will be appreciated.

you will need to notify the OR - I'm sure that marriage will definietly have an impact on your i&e - for all you know you might even have less money! :D they'll also need to know your change of name.

I wouldn't bother notifying them until you've actually got married though.
