Mortgage Offer

We had a mortgage offer from Nationwide but the house sale fell through. We have now found a new property for the same price.... do we just inform the lender and our solicitor of the new property details? (The offer is valid until Feb 2009) i assume the lender will carry out a valuation of the property, and if all is ok they will just amend the property details on the offer? Will they carry out another credit check or will we have to start from scratch?
Thanks
Thanks

All they should need to do is a change of property details form, with you paying for a new survey.
Highly unlikely they would score it again after such a short time.

Thank you very much for that. I was worried that we would have to start from scratch and risk being declined (even though our circumstances havent changed... im paranoid of finding our ideal home and then for nationwide to decline the funds)
That has made me feel much better.
If anyone else has any experience of this, i would be very inetersted to know
