Llyods overdraft

LLyods have nicely created me an overdraft in which they add all payments ect i have nt made plus charges, i didnt know about this as my current account statements look normal , i only found out through my dmp when they said llyods had created me this account i have had no paperwork ect for this so dont even know how much is owing in this account as i owe them for credit cards and a loan are they allowed to create this overdraft without informing me whats owing in it ??
HOPING TO BE DEBT FREE IN THIS LIFETIME!:rolleyes: Until then Reclaimed £3100 PPi on Llyods loan , sealed pot challenge to be opened june 2011! Total debt at lightbulb moment £28000 now at £17000 long way to go yet.......:shocked:

Not sure on this one, i would have a look at your original paperwork from when you opened the account. failing that you could ask the question on the bank board...
Or contact your DMP provider with proof or your statements and get them to write.
