Capquest after a CCJ..Any advice pls

No never sent any default letter. I sent them a std letter asking for all info when I received the court forms. Sent them a letter today asking for a true copy of the CCA not just the illegible credit card application they sent me + a true copy of the assigned debt from AMEX.

How does this leave me standing? Is there anything I should do at this stage?

PS...The copy of the credit card application is virtually impossibe to read, no interest term/credit limit/very poor quality ECT.

Any thoughts anyone.

I believe you should send copies of any request to the court aswell.

I should of mentioned but I did send a copy to the court so should be covered on that 1.
Still struggling to post a copy of the credit card application form they sent me.
Anyone know if you can attatch a pdf copy on here & if so how?

Soz only 5 out of 10 on the tech savy side.

Hopefully someone out there may be able to update me...
I've received some more details from Capquest...Basically its all info I've requested but still includes the crappy excuse for a CCA. They look to have gone to some effort to compile it all which suggests they may be wanting to take it all the way (unless they're bluffing).

The CCA they are relying on is barely legible, doesn't include any credit limit, interst rate & only has a stamp for a signiture hence I'm thinking they are not on strong ground.

Qu...I could probably get together about 25% of what they are asking for, would it be wise to offer this as a "without prejudice offer" at this stage or would this be a bad move! (how would the courts view this)?

Qu...How should I reply to Capquests latest communication..Should I hit them with the technicalities or should I leave this til the court case (been reading Stapely story so have enough info). Don't want to be seen by the courts as not communicating.

Ps...The date for end of dialogue with capquest is 11/11/08 at which point we both have to report the outcome of the dialogue to the court.
