I know the title says 'Sleep' but for some reason my brain keeps reading 'Sheep'. I think I need a different kind of pill.

I have to comment on this - I've got about 6 of these tablets via free websites but hadn't taken any until last week - I do have trouble sleeping and use nytol tablets, they make me a bit drowsy in the mornings but at least I get some sleep. I had two hours sleep with these tablets and then woke up with the most horrendous nightmares. I put the rest in the bin!
