Charging order, IVA or DMP

HI, still waiting for RBS to sort themselves out, they have advised that they will go for a ccj forthwith to get a charging order but does anybody think they may accept a IVA or DMP,, don't really want to go down the road of charging order little no equity in property due to falling prices, at the beginning of the yr properties were selling for £215 approx now looking at £175 - £185,000 at a push.
