Tesco's Value 4p Curry Sauce- Little Help Please

I know its seems daft to ask for help re a ready made curry sauce but i took all the leftover chicken off the carcus yesterday to make a curry with this sauce but didn't realise i had so much meat left is it possible to bulk this out ie add some chicken stock or something it doesn't seem very saucy at the moment, i did consider adding some tinned tomatoes until my daughter caught me (dd's don't like tomatoes) but as we've never had this before i don't want to add stock and make it too watery.

Any advice much appreciated :D

I bulked mine out with some veg stock and a little cornflour to thicken it back up.

if you want a milder curry next time get the can of curry sauce (strain the currants out of it) and stir through a small tub of plain yoghurt. It makes it more like korma. Or if you want it really spicy I add a bit extra chilli powder and curry powder to it. Its nice through home made chicken fried rice.

athensgeorgia, you could buy some concentrated curry and bulk it out as much as you like, then thicken with cornflower, Maysan original is great. Add a bay leaf for that little bit extra.
