Loans over the internet
Help needed! 5 years ago i took out a flexible loan with Cahoot they are charging me a disgusting amount for insurance and they have just gone and put up my monthly repayments. My dilemma is i do not recall being told about this insurance plus i have recieved no notification of why my payments have increased. I want to proceed with reclaiming my money back but my concern is this loan was set up over the internet. Could anyone give me advice on the best route to take if any?
Thanks
Pippa

You agreed to a variable rate loan, they're entitled to vary the interest rate and payment.
If you feel the insurance is a 'disgusting amount', why have you been paying it for five years?0 -
