harrassment by hfo

looking for advice on how to contact HFO debt collection. we are a small business and they are on the tail of one of my employees. They continually call demanding to talk to him (he is rarely in office as he is a field worker). it is wasting our time, we come in on monday and they have called at the weekend and left messages on the voicemail - is there any action we can take to stop them from calling the workplace? hanging up on them only seems to wind them up and they call back again and again! their tactics are unprofessional and upsetting.

Ask them to remove the number from their dialler as their customer cannot be reached on it. Take the first and second name of the adviser you speak with. Advise them that if any further calls are recieved you will be taking further action.
  • will pass the word round the office to say this - thanks for responding!
